Patients with a tooth to be removed will have a comprehensive exam, x rays and consult with a restorative dentist. After discussing options, the tooth is removed and the implant placed. In some cases a temporary crown is put in place. 3 months later impressions are taken and then the dentist will place a final abutment post and crown. The photos here show the great results we have helped to attain. Where many teeth are missing, 4 or more implants are placed to support a fixed prosthesis. Sometimes this can be done in a day. These procedures are done painlessly and safely with a strong local anesthetic as I have done for many years.
